Tim was co-founder and Managing Director of InterFinancial until its sale to an ASX-listed broking house in 2007. InterFinancial provided a full suite of advisory services to small and mid cap companies. By the time of the sale, InterFinancial had become the largest corporate advisory firm in the small-mid cap sector in Australia.
Prior to that, Tim was head of Corporate Broking at Deutsche Australia, where he ran a division that raised in excess of $1billion per annum in equity and debt. Previously, Tim ran the research department of James Capel Australia and was rated #1 analyst in media. He began his career as an economist with JB Were in London before transferring to Australia.
Tim holds a 1st Class BSc majoring in economics. For many years, he has supplied media and financial commentary on a freelance basis to various newspapers and magazines, including his own columns in both BRW and the AFR Smart Investor.

Hway has completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with First Class Honours degree. She now specialises in health tech company research.
Alan specialises in research and corporate advice in the IT sector, having been involved with IT for over 25 years. He has also built his own successful software business.
Alan has completed an Advance Certificate in Industrial Electronics, and an Advance Diploma in IT Management and has extensive experience with software development, network installation, hardware support, combined with the required business skills to run a successful business within Sydney.
